CHILLI CLUB gives you the opportunity to join campaigns created by activists engaged in ecological and climate issues. By joining a campaign, you become an active participant, interact with the activist's community, and take concrete actions to support the chosen cause. All information about the actions to be taken is available directly on the application.

However, we have no control over, nor responsibility for, the campaigns, their content, or the actions you may take in support of a campaign, as our platform is limited to providing you with technical assistance for implementing these campaigns and your actions.

To ensure everyone feels safe and welcome on our platform, we have established a few simple rules. Our terms of use explain your rights and responsibilities on CHILLI CLUB, so everyone can fully enjoy our platform in peace.

2. DEFINITIONS

We intend to give the following meanings to each of the terms mentioned below. Any reference to the singular includes the plural and vice versa. Any reference to one gender includes the other.

Actions: all initiatives you can undertake via the platform. These actions include, but are not limited to, contacting political figures through comments on social media, sending emails, making phone calls, signing petitions, or posting online reviews. You can choose the type of action you wish to perform to support ecological and climate campaigns.
Application: the mobile application "CHILLI CLUB," which allows you to access and use the various services offered by our platform.
Activist: the individual or entity that initiates and is responsible for a campaign broadcast on the Application, prepared with the help of the Application's features.
Badge(s): the Badge(s) you receive in exchange for your Actions on the platform, which are displayed on your profile.
Campaign: an initiative launched by an activist on the platform, aimed at mobilizing and engaging a community around ecological and climate causes. The campaign uses the various features of the application to organize and coordinate the participants' actions to support the campaign's objectives.
Chilli: our company, REGROOP SAS, registered with the Castres Trade and Companies Register under number 922 320 643 and whose registered office is located at LA ROUGEARIE 81100 CASTRES, the publisher of the "Chilli Club" Platform.
Community: all users of the Platform who gather around the activists' campaigns, sharing a common interest in their cause. Community members interact, collaborate, and support the actions proposed by activists on the Platform.
